clay

I used to spend hours daily at the college studios. My teachers were great, I made good friends and was constantly inspired by works I saw around me. I like sculpting the most but never miss a chance to improve my throwing skills if a wheel is accessible. Learning wheelthrowing takes lots of practice, it is not easy, but it is beautiful, fun, it is my way of meditating.

Making ceramics magically brings together the creative process, physics and chemistry of clay and finishes, and the work of fire.

Clay talks to me and takes me into the world full of surprises whether the final sculpture will be fired clay or will be transformed into other medium.
